Participantswillcomeunderintensepressure.Theirphysicalandmentalendurancewillbepushedtothelimit.Viewerswillwitnesswhatthemindandbodyarecapableofandhowthesetechniquesseparatetheweakfromthestrong,andtheywilllearnwhatittakestobetheultimatesoldier. The‘HellWeek‘hasbeenespeciallyconstructedtoreflectknownselectionprocessusedbyspecialforcesacrosstheglobeincludingtheUSNavySEALs,thePhilippine’sNAVSOG(NavalSpecialOperationsGroup),theRussianSpetsnaz(SpecialPurposeForces)aswellastheUK’sSAS.Thesearephysicalandmentalchallengesdesignedtobreakthemosthardenedsoldiers.
